NOTIFICATIONS - Set up notifications for grower

Grower Notifications for the AgSync USER by:
Click Settings at top right, then User Settings Tab;
  • Click view/edit user settings. (this will open a new settings tab in browser)
  • Select Organization Settings, then select Alerts.
  • Customer Notification Order Status is selected by account.
  • Checkmark statuses for notifications you wish to send to growers & click Save.
Grower Email Notifications for individual growers by:
In customer tree, right click on Grower name & select View/Edit Profile Data
  • Checkmark Notifications Box & enter email address in Email box & click Save.
  • To enter two emails, add first email then a comma then second email. Do not include a space.
Grower Text Notifications individual growers by:
In customer tree, right click on Grower name & select View/Edit Profile Data
  • Text notifications AgSync: in email box, put cellnumber@smsgateway address of carrier. Do not include dashes in cellnumber. For more info:http://ticket.agsync.com/osticket/kb/faq.php?id=6
  • Text notifications Dispatch Pro: in cell number box, enter phone number including area code. Example: 123-456-7890 or 1234567890. Do not include parentheses around area code.
Notifications Notes
  • In AgSync, notifications can be sent based on status. These are set in the Organization settings and apply to all growers.
  • In Dispatch Pro, notifications are sent only upon completion.
  • User notifications are not currently active in Dispatch Pro.
