Jobs stuck on Operator Pro app.

When jobs are stuck in the Operator Pro app as completed yet show In Process in AgSync, here are steps to take to help push those orders thru.

  1. First check the version of the app to ensure the latest operator load is available.
  2. Second, choose the reports tab
    1. Check to see if there are any completion saved which have not been sent or any
    2. Click on Errors to see if the completion record has errored out. image
  3. If you drill into the order in Operator pro and scroll down to see the list of completions on the order. We are expecting there to be a completion event there. If there is a completion, then open the completion record it by clicking on it.
